i would love to dress like this every single day.
except for on the days i wanted to wear jeans.
semi functional
-flying home dec 22nd through 31st. can't wait to see all my beloved buffalo people... haven't seen them in a year!!! too long.
-still haven't been able to wander explore the neighborhood as much as i'd like. weather has been atrocious.
-max learned how to cook mac&cheese. this is an excellent development.
-still have to put up more photos in the apartment but acquired 2 gorgeous framed photos of my grandma (one with grandpa in it too). loving that addition. also forced the captain lamp and seagull into the living room bc it sort of goes with the beachwood coat rack. i really should be living on the beach somewhere.
-cat was exceptionally social and friendly last night when everyone was over and also tonight when J/L were here. good job, cat!
-need to do something interesting with my hair. need to find a good hair dresser first. when is spa week? hmm.
-depressed that i missed buffalo this summer.. first summer ever not to get onto lake erie at least once. this is not good news. in lake erie withdrawal.
-leetle has a heartbeat! so exciting. time to start buying Leetle presents.

meow
- my sister is pregnant! 3 months along and i am SO EXCITED! can't wait to meet my new Leetle
-apartment is very awesome. lots of guests which is actually really nice. hipster free neighborhood (goodbye brooklyn), safe at night, easy commute everywhere. cat is happy-- loves to sit next to max while he plays video games. having fun with our neighbors (i like to think it's like I Love Lucy), and milli visits. very quiet and peaceful.. getting enough sleep for once in my life. found an AMAZING grocery store a block away that is filled with super healthy and fresh meat/produce/etc. missing bergen bagel a little bit though. hmm.
-work is work
-debating a holiday plan. buffalo for sure but for how long remains to be seen. all of vacation time for 2010 will be dedicated to visiting the Leetle but the Leetle will not be born until April so I better make the December vacation count!
